Anne at Cruise Planners is the Best! She left no stone unturned and worked her butt off to ensure that my very (VERY) hard-to-please MIL had every wish granted and every need met. It's rumored that Anne has no control over the weather, but somehow we managed to have sunshine and perfect weather every day on our Bermuda cruise, so I don't believe the rumors. Just sayin' . . . . I wouldn't doubt that she had influence - she's THAT kind of agent! LOL

Anita was extremely helpful in planning the honeymoon trip to Florida. The location was excellent daytime adventure (excellent beaches and nearby excursions) as well as for nightly activities (dining, entertainment, etc). Thank you, Anita!!! She planned our trip to Hyatt Zilara in Punta Cana. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was working with her. She convinced me to choose this resort and I’m telling you, it was better than first class… it was every thing she promised and more!!! I promise, you will not be disappointed choosing Anita!!

Anita was very personal and professional at the same time. Her response time was very quick and she solved my dilemma in record time, We had to work under some pretty strict parameters especially time and budget yet Anita came through. I was overwhelmed with the choices and variables of a trip of fa lifetime. Anita took the pressure off of me and we ended up in a dream-like location with memories to last a lifetime. I am used to arranging family vacations in the car with short distances but for the big one I needed an expert to handle the details so I could enjoy the trip. If the need ever arises again i will not hesitate to call Anita and ask her to work her magic again. Anita was very personal and professional at the same time. Anita did a fantastic job arranging our trip down to the tiny details of sending us videos and information about the resort as well as the Covid protocols they were taking. Airline tickets and transfers to and from the airport were included and made for smooth travel.
The resort was stunning with its 5 pools and 5 restaurants, immaculate landscaping and Spanish style architecture. We had an ocean front suite and were able to wake up every morning to the sound and beauty of the Caribbean Sea. I would definitely recommend this resort and hope to return soon. I cannot wait to plan another trip with her!
She helped my husband and I plan our entire honeymoon, which turned out to be a dream come true! We went to Costa Rica. We were between CR and two other locations when we met with Anita and she asked the right questions and provided helpful information to assist us in narrowing down the location. She continued to learn about us over a F2F meeting, asked a ton of questions to get us thinking, so that should could dig deep and understand what type of experiences we wanted and what was important to us during our adventure away together. She provided us with various activities, resorts, venues, etc. to select from and was extremely prompt in answering our questions as we worked to narrow it down. From there, she prepared a really nice itinerary for us and helped us make adjustments so that the week flowed exactly how we foresaw it!
The week before our wedding she met with us again F2F to review everything in detail so that we were prepared. She also gifted us a wonderful travel organizer, printed itinerary (flights, etc.) and some other goodies.
She truly cared about our experience and went above and beyond to make our honeymoon so perfect & special!
This was my first time using a travel agent, we were debating using one or planning our honeymoon ourselves. At the end of the day, we wanted to have the absolute best vacation (honeymoon) ever and decided to bring in a professional. We certainty picked the best one! Thanks again Anita!
